1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and b9game ("b9game", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at b9game.lat. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each person may register one account only on b9game. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, a valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. b9game strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — even if unauthorised — is your responsibility until you notify b9game support of a suspected security breach.

b9game reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any time. KYC documentation may be required before processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

b9game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. b9game does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your b9game account. These thresholds may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to b9game's anti-money laundering obligations.
• b9game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity appears unusual.

All funds deposited into b9game are held in PKR. b9game does not provide any interest, return, or yield on deposited funds that are not actively wagered.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

b9game may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, expiry windows, and maximum withdrawal limits — which are published alongside the promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all b9game promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash directly.
• b9game reserves the right to void bonus winnings and/or cancel a player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing equal or opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; collusion with other players.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• b9game may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on b9game are final once confirmed. b9game does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where b9game itself has made a manifest error (including erroneous odds, incorrect market settlement, or technical malfunction).

b9game reserves the right to:

• Void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity issues as identified by b9game or relevant sporting authorities.
• Limit stakes or refuse bets from any player without providing a reason, including players identified as consistently professional or arbitrage bettors.
• Correct manifest errors in odds or payouts, including recovering overpayments from a player's account balance.
• Suspend markets or withhold payouts pending investigation where the outcome of an event is disputed or under review.

Casino game outcomes on b9game are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for RNG titles and by real-time physical equipment operated by live dealers for live casino titles. b9game does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b9game and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one b9game account.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity intended to defraud b9game or other players.

b9game may terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, provided it complies with applicable law. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, b9game is entitled to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Upon termination without cause by b9game, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the b9game platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of b9game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the b9game platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of b9game content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b9game shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity; (b) indirect, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate information published on the platform; (d) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, including Pakistani telecommunications networks, payment processors, or internet service providers; or (e) any loss resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes b9game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy and Data

b9game collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using b9game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, during payment transactions, and through your ongoing use of the platform, including game activity and betting history.
